"""It is better to see once than to hear a hundred times"" - a principle that is especially noticeable when studying exact sciences. And what could be better than mathematical images and animations, drawn not by hand, but by code?! It is this problem that the manim library solves, and it is precisely with its main concepts and capabilities that we will get to know.
On July 3-4, we invite you to visit the workshop ""Animation as a code: we create animated illustrations for mathematical concepts using the manim library""! On the first day of training, participants will get acquainted with the manim library and its application options, and on the second day together with the lecturer, they will try to visualize simple linear algebra algorithms.
Speaker: Matvii Strechen, teacher of the Basic Work with Data course at the Kyiv School of Economics. Since 2019, he has been working as a developer in such companies as LUN, Preply, Lyft. Since 2017, Matvii has been teaching courses and individual lectures on programming and algorithms and data structures.
The event will be of interest to KSE technical program students and anyone interested in mathematics and programming."
