Open lecture "Global energy and climate policy"

"The Open Lecture ""Global Energy and Climate Policy"" will address a variety of energy and climate policy issues, such as:
- Why do we have a climate problem?
- How can we estimate the potential damage from climate change?
- What policy solutions can help the population gain access to affordable energy while minimizing environmental damage? etc.

The lecture will be delivered by Ryan Kellogg, a professor at the School of Public Policy named after Harris, University of Chicago, and a research fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research.
Professor Ryan researches energy and environmental economics as well as policy, often focusing on energy markets and corporate behavior. Most of his work examines how markets and public policies affect the environment.

The lecture is organized by students of the field of study ""Applied Mathematics"" and takes place within the framework of the KSE Economy Recovery Competition."
