This open lecture is a test lesson of the elective course “International Development and State Capacity”

Speakers:

Eric Kucherenko - a lecturer at the KSE course “International Development and State Capacity”. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oxford. He has worked and interned at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the European Parliament, the Parliament of Canada, and the International Monetary Fund. He worked on the Strategy for Digital Innovation Development until 2030 and the Strategy for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises until 2027. 
Viktor Artemenko - a project manager at the UK Government-funded Good Governance Foundation. Master of Public Policy and Governance at the Kyiv School of Economics. Consultant on strategic planning and capacity development for government agencies and international organizations.
