"Resilience, our ability to recover, maintain or even improve our functioning in the face of risk, will determine - whether we survive adversity; whether we can cope and adapt to change and whether we can turn disadvantages into opportunities.
At Christopher Neesham's lecture, we will consider leadership, the image of a strong leader and what others expect from him. During the meeting, we will explore how leaders can create their own ""force field"", manage their personal response to adversity and shape the response of others to increase the ""force"" in their favor.
Christopher Nisham is an Australian psychologist, coach and great friend of Ukraine with worldwide experience in coaching and training coaches. He has coached senior executives, executive management teams and senior management teams in Telecom, IT, Finance, FMCG, Education, Emergency Services, Finance, Logistics, Agriculture and Manufacturing. He works with clients to develop their leadership skills and optimize their potential. Christopher Nisham is the author of the book ""DICE"", which examines the practical method of forming better leaders."
