The development of the private sector is the main driver of Ukraine's economic recovery

The Kyiv School of Economics hosted a roundtable discussion titled “Business Development as the Main Driver of Ukraine's Economic Recovery” dedicated to financing instruments for the development of Ukrainian business. The event focused on financing programs available to businesses, including the possibility of attracting additional investments under the Ukraine Investment Framework, which was created as part of the Ukraine Facility program. 
The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the European Union, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), as well as the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Polish Regional Economy Bank (BGK).

Business representatives joined the discussion in a question-and-answer format, having the opportunity to discuss directly with representatives of the Government and IFIs the existing obstacles and priorities for attracting financing, as well as to suggest ways to improve the available instruments and expand them. The event was moderated by Nataliia Shapoval, Head of KSE Institute.
