Mr. Peter Van De Velde is a Belgian diplomat who started his diplomatic career in 1990 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belgium. He served in Kinshasa, in the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, in Lisbon and in the Permanent Mission to the European Union in Brussels. He speaks five languages.
