You’ll also explore qualitative research design techniques — such as case studies, focus groups, observation, and discourse analysis — as well as the integration of mixed methods.

Speaker:

Oksana Yakushko - PhD (Psychology), ABPP (American Board of Professional Psychology Certification) is a faculty member and director of doctoral level Professional Psychology program at George Washington University, Washington DC. She has published over 60 peer reviewed/scholarly articles, book chapters and books, and has been awarded numerous honors for her scholarship and work in psychology. As a Soviet born and now a member of Ukrainian diaspora in the U.S., she has worked with and published with many Ukrainian scholars. She serves on several editorial review boards/reviews for many scholarly journals and scholarly book publishers.
