Berkeren Büyükeren - PhD Candidate at the Rome Economics Doctorate. His research focuses on public economics, local governance, and administrative reforms, with a particular interest in how institutional structures influence economic performance and civic identity. He applies advanced empirical methods to study the effects of decentralization and intermunicipal cooperation in transitional and developing countries, including Ukraine.
