The Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) invites you to participate in the Game Theory Summer School!
The Game Theory Summer School is an educational initiative that brings together students, early-career researchers, and professionals in mathematics, economics, political science, computer science, and related fields who seek a deeper understanding of the logic behind strategic interaction and decision-making.
What to expect? 🔹 An intensive introduction to classical game theory: matrix and extensive-form games, repeated interactions, games with incomplete information; 🔹 Contemporary applications: behavioral game theory, auctions, models of armed conflict, communication strategies, and cooperative game theory; 🔹 Lectures by leading scholars and Nobel Laureate Roger Myerson; 🔹 Practical assignments, case studies, discussions, project work, and foundational knowledge for a future academic career; 🔹 An international academic community, peer exchange, and new professional connections; 🔹 Participants who complete the program and final project will earn 2 ECTS credits.Who is this opportunity for?The school is open to early-career researchers, students, and practitioners with relevant backgrounds.
