During the lecture, Robert Broekhuyzen will share his insights and experience on judicial reform in Ukraine, exploring:● its role in combating corruption;● its impact on judicial transparency;● the challenges of implementing international standards in the judicial system.
Particular attention will be given to how Ukraine's judicial reform aligns with international practices and why it is crucial for the country's future.

Speaker: 

Robert Broekhuyzen is an international expert on legal reforms with extensive experience in global cases related to fraud and corruption.
He has participated in World Bank and UN programs, advising governments on money laundering and anti-corruption strategies. Currently, he is a member of the Public Council of International Experts in Ukraine, actively involved in competitions for judicial appointments to the High Anti-Corruption Court.
