"The security and existence of the state depend on the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. The future success of the state must be shouldered by those who are in the rear, and in particular, those who implement the tasks of management and development in the public sector - civil servants, employees of international organizations, public figures. This function is safe, much calmer, and nevertheless, not everyone is ready and able to implement it.
Often, the perception of public officials as corrupt or incompetent, or of activists as solely pursuing their own goals, is reinforced by heightened polarization in society. Mutual resentment, mistrust, far from perfect regulatory norms, negative experience prevent the involvement of gifted and motivated specialists in the public sphere.
How can we open the way to a new social contract, where there will be a dialogue between the public and private sectors, between citizens and the state? Will endless ""reboots"" help?
During the discussion, we will talk about creating conditions for a constructive partnership between various stakeholders; about building coalitions so as not to betray the trust of citizens.
