About event:

The Kyiv School of Economics invites students and the academic community to an in-depth discussion on Ukraine’s future after war. This event will explore what it truly means to rebuild a country—not only in terms of infrastructure, but also political systems, public trust, and the social fabric of a society recovering from violent conflict.
The discussion will focus on the key challenges and opportunities facing Ukraine in the post-war period, such as:● Re-establishing effective and accountable governance● Navigating political reconciliation in a deeply affected society● Building lasting peace while addressing trauma and division● Learning from the experiences of other post-conflict regions
Attendees will gain a broader understanding of the complexity of post-war reconstruction and peacebuilding, and leave with new perspectives on what is possible—and what must be avoided—as Ukraine moves forward.
