✔️ Defenders (combatants (hereinafter referred to as combatants); participants in measures necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine, protection of the security of the population and the interests of the state in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine - respective statuses since 2014):- A copy of the "УБД" certificate (issued not earlier than 2014), in the form in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 1994 No. 302 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2018 No. 632);OR- A copy of the certificate of direct participation of the person in the measures necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine, protection of the security of the population and the interests of the state in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, in the form in accordance with Annex 6 to the Procedure approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 413;OR- A copy of the certificate of a person with a disability as a result of war (issued not earlier than 2014) in the form according to Annex No. 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 1994 No. 302 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2018 No. 632);OR- The electronic form of the veteran's certificate was created using the Diia portal.
✔️ Children of Defenders, including children of fallen Defenders:- A copy of the applicant's birth certificate AND - A copy of the "УБД" certificate (issued not earlier than 2014), in the form in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 1994 No. 302 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2018 No. 632);OR - A copy of the certificate of direct participation of the person in the measures necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine, protection of the security of the population and the interests of the state in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, in the form in accordance with Annex 6 to the Procedure approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 413;OR- A copy of the certificate with the inscription “Посвідчення члена сім’ї загиблого Захисника чи Захисниці України”;OR- In the absence of a certificate, a copy of the death certificate and a death notification in the form in accordance with the Instruction on the organization of burial of servicemen who died during military service approved by the Order of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine No. 185 of 05.06.2001;OR- The electronic form of the veteran's certificate was created using the Diia portal.
✔️ Internally displaced persons (status acquired after February 24, 2022):- A copy of the certificate of registration of an internally displaced person in the form in accordance with Annex 2 to the Procedure for issuing and issuing a certificate of registration of an internally displaced person (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016, No. 352);OR- The IDP's electronic certificate was generated using the Diia portal.
✔️ Those whose place of residence since February 24, 2022 has been classified as temporarily occupied territories and/or territories where hostilities were conducted in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Reintegration (except for the administrative territory of Kyiv):- Extract from the territorial community register;OR- Certificate of residence registration (if necessary, this document can be generated using the Diia portal).
✔️ Children of missing soldiers:- A copy of the applicant's birth certificate;AND- A written decision by the commander of a military unit to pay financial support to the family of a missing serviceman;OR- An extract from the Unified Register of Missing Persons under Special Circumstances or a court decision on recognizing a person as missing, indicating the connection of the missing person to the armed aggression.
✔️ Children of servicemen who were deprived of their personal freedom by the aggressor state, its bodies, units, formations, and other entities in connection with the defense of state sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine, who are members of the security and defense forces of Ukraine:- A copy of the applicant's birth certificate;AND- An extract from the Unified Register of persons in respect of whom the fact of deprivation of personal liberty as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine has been established.

Для вступників на бакалаврат:✔️ Володарі вступник випробувань (НМТ) у 2024-2025 році для програми «Право»: від 175 балів із тестів НМТ з української мови та історії України або англійської мови- Копія сертифіката НМТ та інформаційної картки до сертифіката НМТ. Якщо ви учасник НМТ 2025 і у вас ще немає цих документів, то їх можна буде надати пізніше.
✔️ Володарі вступних випробувань (НМТ) у 2024-2025 роках для програм: «Штучний інтелект», «Кібербезпека», «Програмна інженерія», «Прикладна математика», «Фізична математика» та «Інжиніринг інноваційного виробництва»: від 175 балів із тестів НМТ з математики та фізики або англійської мови- Копія сертифіката НМТ та інформаційної картки до сертифіката НМТ. Якщо ви учасник НМТ 2025 і у вас ще немає цих документів, то їх можна буде надати пізніше.
✔️ Володарі вступних випробувань (НМТ) у 2024-2025 році для інших програм: від 175 балів із тестів НМТ з математики та англійської мови.- Копія сертифіката НМТ та інформаційної картки до сертифіката НМТ. Якщо ви учасник НМТ 2025 і у вас ще немає цих документів, то їх можна буде надати пізніше.
✔️ Переможці або учасники у 2019-2025 роках у таких олімпіадах, конкурсах чи турнірах:● Переможці в Ukraine Global Scholars;● Учасники IV етапу (державного рівня) всеукраїнських олімпіад;● Переможці у стипендіальній програмі ГС «Освіторії» та Новопечерської школи;● Переможці у Міжнародній економічній олімпіаді БФ «Центр вільної економіки імені Кахі Бендукідзе»;● Переможці у всеукраїнському турнірі юних математиків імені професора М.Й. Ядренка;● Гран-прі та переможці GENIUS Olympiad Ukraine (секції наука, робототехніка, письмо, бізнес, промова, програмування);● Перше та друге місце у старшій категорії ІІ етапу Всеукраїнського конкурсу молодіжних науково-технічних проєктів «InventorUA»;● Переможці володарі призових місць у фінальному турі Всеукраїнського Інтернет-турніру із природничих дисциплін;● Переможці в конкурсі слухачів підготовчих курсів KSE.
- Копія відповідного документа (сертифіката або диплома), який підтверджує отримання призового місця на олімпіаді, конкурсі або турнірі. У разі відсутності відповідного документа (ще не видали), то можна подати скан наказу або іншу офіційну інформацію (з сайту), яка містить відповідний перелік.
Академічний грант на 4 роки (для вступників на бакалаврат) без необхідності продовження надається таким категоріям абітурієнтів (олімпіади, конкурси за 2019-2025 роки):● Абітурієнтам, які мають конкурсний бал при вступі понад 190;● Переможцям IV етапу всеукраїнських олімпіад (державного рівня);● Переможцям III етапу всеукраїнського конкурсу-захисту науково-дослідницьких робіт учнів – членів Малої академії наук України;● Учасникам етапу Міжнародного фіналу GENIUS Olympiad (секції наука, робототехніка, письмо, бізнес, промова, програмування);● Переможцям фіналу шкільної категорії олімпіади з програмування ICPC-Ukraine;● Учасники міжнародних учнівських олімпіад.

Для вступників на магістратуру:✔️ Володарі вступних випробувань ЄВІ у 2024-2025 роках та ЄФВВ у 2025 році:● від 185 балів з англійської мови ЄВІ 2024 та 2025 року або зі співбесіди з англійської мови в KSE;● від 180 з тесту загальної навчальної компетентності ЄВІ 2024 та 2025 року;● від 160 балів з ЄФВВ 2025 року; ● від 180 балів з фахового іспиту в KSE.

A copy of the "НМТ" 2024-2025 certificate and the information card to the "НМТ" 2024-2025 certificate, which certify receipt:For admission to the Law program: From 175 points in the results of the "НМТ" in the Ukrainian language and History of Ukraine or English (NMT 2024-2025)
For admission to the programs Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physical Mathematics, and Innovative Production Engineering: from 175 points in the "НМТ" tests in Mathematics and Physics or English
For admission to other programs: At least 175 points from the test results in: Mathematics and English
For applicants for a master's degree:✔️ Those who were forced to go abroad after February 24, 2022 and are living abroad and wish to return to Ukraine to study at KSE1. Scanned copies of all pages of the passport2. Proof of residence abroad, if available (e.g., a document confirming refugee status abroad, etc.)3. A copy of the examination paper and a copy of the examination card to the examination paper, certifying receipt:● at least 185 points in English based on the results of the "ЄВІ" (2024-2025) or an English interview at KSE;
● at least 180 points in the general academic competence test based on the results of the "ЄВІ" (2024-2025);
● at least 160 points on the results of the "ЄФВВ" (2025) or 180 points on the professional exam at KSE.
