About the Program:

The program is designed for both young professionals who have just completed their bachelor's degree and experienced engineers who want to expand their competencies
The program combines fundamental disciplines (aerodynamics, advanced layouts, onboard systems), work with advanced CAD systems, and practical experience in the university's laboratories. Students don't just study theory, but go through the full cycle of UAV creation - from design to manufacturing their own working prototype. The training takes place both individually and in teams, which simulates the real conditions of engineering work
Upon graduation, graduates have access to a pitch for an internal startup studio. The most promising projects have the opportunity to receive such support: Building a marketing and operational component or a grant for further development

Key Skills of a Graduate:

Able to design and construct a UAV prototype, as well as conduct analysis to ensure long-term and safe operation
Design and implement innovative hardware solutions for UAVs that integrate advanced communication and navigation systems to increase the functionality and autonomy of the vehicles
Built a prototype that has the opportunity to receive a grant for scaling and get real application
Able to conduct comprehensive diagnostics, testing and quality control of UAVs using modern methods of interactive programming and data analysis, prepare aircraft for certification and ensure their compliance with established safety standards
He is able to build and manage processes in production. The graduate understands technological processes, is able to build them correctly, see problems and fix them
Joined a community of like-minded people and mutually beneficial relationships. Ready to tackle the current challenges of the industry
He has gained experience working in interdisciplinary teams, is able to manage engineering projects, distribute tasks and collaborate with experts in related fields
Ready to work in high-tech companies and startups

Vitaly Zaitsev — Academic Director of the "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles" Program

Dmytro Bugay

Student of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles program

Kyiv School of Economics has allowed us to take a fresh look at the higher education system. It is modern, innovative, student-friendly.

The student is responsible for most of the learning, and the university's task is to give impetus, knowledge and opportunities.

I think I got much more than I expected.

Practicing teachers, developers, and representatives of leading companies share their practical experience at various meetings and lectures

Ruslan Volkov

Student of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles program

I am glad that I entered this program at KSE.
First, KSE is prestigious and modern. And secondly, the UAV program is very relevant nowadays.

Of course, due to the fact that the master's program is new, there are many shortcomings, but in general, both lecturers and organizers try to provide as much useful information as possible.

Given my zero background in this field, I already feel that I am beginning to understand all the principles. Among the many difficult topics (especially calculations in aerodynamics or strength calculations), I am sure that I will be able to deal with them if I take the time to learn the material outside of class

Student of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles program

I like learning And I like studying at KSE.
The teachers and coordinators are the best

It's also cool that you can attend a lecture or practice online as a participant, not just a spectator.

You can ask questions to the teacher or participate in the discussion without being physically present at the class.

I really like that the teachers have relevant practical experience
and are simultaneously engaged in development and follow modern trends, which they teach to students!
