Yar Batog - defender of Ukraine, commander of a reconnaissance group, awarded the ‘War Veteran’ badge, the Golden Cross, the Order for Courage, III Class, and the Order for Courage, II Class (posthumously)
Prior to the war, Yar Batoh was a researcher at the Kyiv School of Economics and headed the KSE StratBase centre, a member of the VoxCheck project, where he debunked fakes and manipulations by Ukrainian politicians; he was an analyst at the state-owned company Ukrenergo and worked with the World Bank.
The scholarship will be awarded to talented and ambitious master's students

● other forms of involvement aimed at developing the educational and scientific potential of the KSE group of companies and contributing to the development of the candidate's professional skills and abilities
