Команда KSE вивчає досвід Університету Тарту з управління грантами

У грудні 2025 року команда Київської школи економіки — Костянтин Кириченко, Любов Зінюк, Ольга Федоришин, Юлія Руткова, Кристина Шечкова, Ірина Сидоренко, Вікторія Берзеніна та Катерина Кісельова — відвідала Грантовий офіс Університету Тарту. Навчальний візит організували в межах проєкту BRIDGE, щоб посилити експертизу команди з управління проєктами та ознайомитися з роботою грантового офісу одного з найуспішніших університетів регіону.

Протягом чотирьох днів грантрайтери, проєктні та фінансові менеджери KSE вивчали структуру Грантового офісу Тарту, процеси підготовки заявок, цифрові інструменти, а також фінансові й юридичні процедури. Команда детально розглянула повний цикл створення якісної грантової заявки — від пошуку конкурсів до планування ролей між консультантами та науковцями. Окрему увагу учасники приділили поданню заявок на конкурси міжнародних програм, зокрема Horizon Europe та Європейської дослідницької ради (ERC).

Під час зустрічей команда порівняла підходи Університету Тарту та KSE і визначила практики, які допоможуть удосконалити власні процеси. Представники KSE також відвідали Інститут геноміки, де ознайомилися з внутрішніми інструментами університету — цифровими платформами для пошуку фінансування, системами комунікації та координації команд.

Візит завершила зустріч проректора з міжнародного співробітництва KSE Костянтина Кириченка з командою Офісу міжнародного співробітництва та протоколу, яка координує програми мобільності Erasmus+. Разом із проректорками Ауне Вальк та Марі Моора учасники обговорили можливості подальшої співпраці: спільні дослідження, участь у програмах Horizon Europe, академічні обміни та запуск літніх шкіл для студентів.

Наступним етапом співпраці стане супровід команди KSE під час подання заявок і реалізації майбутніх ініціатив. Команда висловлює щиру вдячність колегам з Університету Тарту за менторську підтримку, експертизу та навчання у сфері підготовки й управління міжнародними проєктами.

KSE Team Explores the University of Tartu’s Grant Management Experience

In December 2025, a team from the Kyiv School of Economics — Kostiantyn Kyrychenko, Liubov Ziniuk, Olha Fedoryshyn, Yuliia Rutkova, Krystyna Shechkova, Iryna Sydorenko, Viktoriia Berzenina, and Kateryna Kiselova — visited the Grant Office at the University of Tartu. The study visit took place within the BRIDGE project and aimed to strengthen the team’s project management expertise while providing insight into the operations of one of the region’s most successful university grant offices.

Over four days, KSE grant writers, project managers, and financial managers explored the structure of Tartu’s Grant Office, proposal development processes, digital tools, as well as financial and legal procedures. The team examined the full lifecycle of a high-quality grant application — from identifying funding opportunities to defining roles between consultants and researchers. Participants also focused on applications to major international programs, including Horizon Europe and the European Research Council (ERC).

During the meetings, the team compared the approaches of the University of Tartu and KSE and identified practices that could help improve their own processes. KSE representatives also visited the Institute of Genomics, where they learned about the university’s internal tools, including digital funding platforms and systems for team communication and coordination.

The visit concluded with a meeting between Kostiantyn Kyrychenko, Vice President for International Cooperation at KSE, and the team from the Office of International Cooperation and Protocol, which coordinates Erasmus+ mobility programs. Together with Vice Rectors Aune Valk and Mari Moora, participants discussed opportunities for future collaboration, including joint research, participation in Horizon Europe programs, academic exchanges, and the launch of summer schools for students.

The next stage of cooperation will focus on supporting the KSE team during grant applications and the implementation of future initiatives. The team expresses sincere gratitude to their colleagues at the University of Tartu for their mentorship, expertise, and training in the preparation and management of international projects.
