Навчаємо психологів-професіоналів: KSE уклала меморандум про співпрацю з ГО GoGlobal

Сучасна українська молодь дедалі раніше стикається з необхідністю ухвалювати складні рішення про своє майбутнє — освіту, кар’єру, роль у суспільстві. Проте в умовах війни, освітніх втрат і нестабільності цей вибір часто відбувається без достатньої підтримки, зрозумілих орієнтирів і живого діалогу з тими, хто може поділитися досвідом. 

Молоді люди шукають не лише знання, а й наставництво, психологічну опору та спільноту, у якій можна зростати й діяти.

Саме тому GoGlobal та Kyiv School of Economics об’єднують зусилля, щоб підтримати молодь у її прагненні реалізувати свій потенціал та сформувати покоління нових українських лідерів.

Як це працюватиме на практиці:

• студенти-психологи KSE долучаються до команд GoGlobal в реалізації програм MHPSS у прифронтових регіонах;
• студенти KSE виступають менторами для підлітків у програмах розвитку молоді, зокрема «Покоління Перемоги»;
• учасники спільноти GoGlobal отримують доступ до академічного середовища KSE, дебатів, shadowing-днів та профорієнтаційних форматів;
• спільні дослідження дозволять глибше зрозуміти бар’єри зайнятості, освітні втрати та кар’єрні траєкторії української молоді.

Це шлях, на якому молоді люди отримують інструменти, підтримку та середовище, щоб перетворювати потенціал на конкретні результати. Ми вдячні партнерам за перший крок на цьому шляху, який ми зробили разом із підписанням цього меморандуму.

Training Professional Psychologists: KSE Signs a Memorandum of Cooperation with GoGlobal

Today, Ukrainian youth face complex decisions about their future at an increasingly early age — choices related to education, careers, and their role in society. However, in the context of war, educational losses, and ongoing instability, these decisions are often made without sufficient support, clear guidance, or meaningful dialogue with those who can share relevant experience.

Young people are seeking not only knowledge, but also mentorship, psychological support, and a community where they can grow and take action.

That is why GoGlobal and Kyiv School of Economics are joining forces to support young people in realizing their potential and to help shape a new generation of Ukrainian leaders.

How this collaboration will work in practice:

• KSE psychology students will join GoGlobal teams in implementing MHPSS programs in frontline regions;
• KSE students will serve as mentors for teenagers in youth development initiatives, including the Generation of Victory program;
• Members of the GoGlobal community will gain access to KSE’s academic environment, debates, shadowing days, and career guidance formats;
• Joint research initiatives will help better understand employment barriers, educational losses, and the career trajectories of Ukrainian youth.

This partnership creates a pathway through which young people receive the tools, support, and environment needed to turn potential into tangible outcomes. We are grateful to our partners for taking this first step together with us through the signing of this memorandum.
