Перша лекція серії Лектор Шеф з Єгором Стадним «Що робити, коли «курс повна фігня»? Або як я працюю з фідбеком студентів»

Фідбек студентів — один із ключових інструментів розвитку якісної освіти, але водночас і один із найбільших викликів для викладачів та освітніх адміністрацій. Як відрізнити емоційну реакцію від системної проблеми? Коли варто змінювати курс, а коли — пояснювати логіку рішень? І як перетворити навіть різку критику на ресурс для покращення навчального досвіду?

Першим лектором серії Лектор Шеф став Єгор Стадний — віцепрезидент з питань освіти Київської школи економіки.

Подія відбудеться  27 січня 2026 року, 18:00–20:00 в аудиторії 1.08 Genesis Classroom, KSE, Dragon Capital Building. Також учасники зможуть долучитися до розмови онлайн. 

Під час зустрічі лектор поділиться власним підходом до роботи зі студентським фідбеком: як його збирати й аналізувати, як відокремлювати емоції від системних сигналів і як на цій основі ухвалювати управлінські та академічні рішення. Окрему увагу буде приділено культурі зворотного зв’язку в університеті, межі між суб’єктивним сприйняттям і реальною якістю курсу, а також побудові чесного й продуктивного діалогу між студентами та викладачами.

The first lecture of the Lecturer’s Chef series with Yehor Stadnyi: “What to Do When ‘the Course Is Complete Nonsense’? Or How I Work with Student Feedback”

Student feedback is one of the key tools for developing high-quality education, but at the same time one of the biggest challenges for lecturers and academic administrators. How can we distinguish an emotional reaction from a systemic problem? When should a course be changed, and when is it better to explain the rationale behind certain decisions? And how can even harsh criticism be turned into a resource for improving the learning experience?

The first speaker in the Lecturer’s Chef series will be Yehor Stadnyi, Vice President for Education at the Kyiv School of Economics.

The event will take place on January 27, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in Room 1.08, Genesis Classroom, KSE, Dragon Capital Building. Participants will also be able to join the discussion online.

During the meeting, the lecturer will share his own approach to working with student feedback: how to collect and analyze it, how to separate emotions from systemic signals, and how to use it to make managerial and academic decisions. Special attention will be given to the culture of feedback at universities, the boundary between subjective perception and the actual quality of a course, and building honest and productive dialogue between students and lecturers.
