ThinkLab KSE: долучайтеся до освітньої лабораторії критичного мислення та ухвалення рішень!

Як ухвалювати рішення в умовах невизначеності й бути готовими нести за них відповідальність? Як насправді працює держава і яке місце в цій системі займає молодь?

ThinkLab KSE — це дводенна освітня лабораторія критичного мислення та рішень, створена студентами для молодих людей, які хочуть глибше зрозуміти механізми держави, логіку ухвалення рішень і власну роль у суспільних змінах. Проєкт реалізується за підтримки KSE Institute.

Лабораторія відбудеться 31 січня – 1 лютого 2026 року в Києві. Участь візьмуть молоді лідери з усієї України, відібрані за рівнем амбіцій, впливу та мотивації. Кількість місць обмежена.

У програмі ThinkLab KSE:

• робота з практичними кейсами, що допомагає навчитися системно мислити й бачити наслідки рішень;
• «лабораторія рішень» — кризова симуляція, у якій учасники командно шукають вихід зі складних ситуацій, зважаючи на відповідальність і вплив на інших;
• публічні дискусії у форматі ток-шоу, де можна сформулювати й захистити власну позицію;
• спілкування з людьми, які вже сьогодні ухвалюють рішення у державному, бізнесовому та громадському секторах, із розбором логіки, альтернатив і можливих наслідків.

Участь у ThinkLab KSE є повністю безкоштовною. Для учасників з інших міст організатори покривають витрати на проїзд, проживання та харчування.

Відбір до лабораторії відбуватиметься на конкурсній основі. Команда проєкту обере учасників за мотивацією, мисленням, досвідом і готовністю брати відповідальність. Важливо зрозуміти, хто ви і чому ця участь для вас справді важлива.

ThinkLab KSE: Join the Educational Lab on Critical Thinking and Decision-Making

How do you make decisions in times of uncertainty and take responsibility for them? How does the state really function, and what role do young people play within this system?

ThinkLab KSE is a two-day educational lab on critical thinking and decision-making, created by students for young people who want to gain a deeper understanding of how the state works, how decisions are made, and what their own role can be in driving social change. The project is implemented with the support of the KSE Institute.

The lab will take place on January 31 – February 1, 2026, in Kyiv. Participants will include young leaders from across Ukraine, selected based on their ambition, influence, and motivation. The number of places is limited.

The ThinkLab KSE program includes:

• hands-on work with practical cases to develop systems thinking and better understand the consequences of decisions;
• a “decision lab” — a crisis simulation in which participants work in teams to find solutions to complex situations while considering responsibility and impact on others;
• public discussions in a talk-show format, offering an opportunity to articulate and defend one’s position;
• engagement with professionals who already make decisions in the public sector, business, and civil society, with in-depth analysis of their logic, alternatives, and potential outcomes.

Participation in ThinkLab KSE is completely free of charge. For participants from other cities, the organizers cover travel, accommodation, and meals.

Selection is competitive. The project team will choose participants based on their motivation, way of thinking, background, and readiness to take responsibility. It is important for us to understand who you are and why this opportunity truly matters to you.
