«Третій шлях: Поза провалом соціалізму та занепадом капіталізму»: у KSE відбудеться зустріч із Бруно Рошем

Бруно Рош — засновник концепції «Економіка взаємності», відомий економіст і колишній головний економіст компанії Mars Incorporated. Автор книг «Завершення капіталізму» та «Втілення мети в життя», виданих Oxford University Press, він презентує інноваційну модель створення цінності для бізнесу та міст.

Цю концепцію пан Рош розробив у період роботи в Mars Incorporated у співпраці з Коліном Майєром, професором і колишнім деканом Бізнес-школи Саїда при Оксфордському університеті. «Економіка взаємності» пропонує сміливе бачення розвитку, яке виходить за межі як невдач соціалізму, так і кризи сучасного капіталізму.

Вже 9 вересня 2025 року Київська Школа Економіки запрошує на публічну лекцію та дискусію із експертом.

У своїй лекції пан Рош представить ідею економіки взаємності — підходу, що передбачає інтеграцію взаємної вигоди у процес створення цінності. Ця модель може стати альтернативою традиційним економічним системам і запропонувати нові рішення для світу, що переживає трансформації, а також для України у процесі відбудови.

До обговорення долучаться провідні експертки Київської Школи Економіки. Тетяна Водотика, PhD з історії, наукова співробітниця Інституту історії України НАНУ та експертка KSE Institute, представить історичний та суспільний контекст економічних трансформацій. Олена Бєсєдіна, академічна директорка економічних магістерських програм KSE, PhD Університету Бокконі та випускниця Гарвардської школи управління, виступить у ролі модераторки дискусії та допоможе спрямувати розмову у практичне русло.

“The Third Way: Beyond the Failure of Socialism and the Decline of Capitalism”: A Meeting with Bruno Roche at KSE

Bruno Roche — founder of the concept of the “Economics of Mutuality,” renowned economist, and former Chief Economist of Mars Incorporated. Author of the books “Completing Capitalism” and “Purpose into Practice,” published by Oxford University Press, he will present an innovative model for creating value for business and cities.

Mr. Roche developed this concept during his work at Mars Incorporated in collaboration with Colin Mayer, professor and former dean of the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. The “Economics of Mutuality” offers a bold vision of development that goes beyond both the failures of socialism and the crisis of modern capitalism.

On September 9, 2025, the Kyiv School of Economics invites you to a public lecture and discussion with the expert.

In his lecture, Mr. Roche will present the idea of the Economics of Mutuality — an approach that integrates mutual benefit into the process of value creation. This model can serve as an alternative to traditional economic systems and offer new solutions for a world undergoing transformation, as well as for Ukraine in the process of reconstruction.

Leading experts from the Kyiv School of Economics will join the discussion. Tetiana Vodotyka, PhD in History, Research Fellow at the Institute of History of Ukraine (NASU) and KSE Institute expert, will provide the historical and social context of economic transformations. Olena Besedina, Academic Director of KSE’s master’s programs in economics, PhD from Bocconi University and graduate of Harvard Kennedy School, will serve as the moderator and help steer the conversation toward practical insights.
