Ринок праці стає менш передбачуваним, а технологічні зміни — швидшими. Штучний інтелект, автоматизація та зростаюча конкуренція змінюють вимоги до навичок і ставлять нові запитання до університетів. Освіта більше не може працювати за інерцією — вона змушена переосмислювати власну роль. 

Фільм «No Other Choice», режисер Пак Чхан Ук (“Олдбой”) розповідає історію працівника, який після втрати роботи намагається повернутися у професію, зіштовхуючись із жорсткою конкуренцією та відсутністю зрозумілих правил гри. У цілеспрямованому пошуку нової роботи він вдається до незвичних для себе жорстоких рішень. 

Ця історія стає відправною точкою для розмови про те, яку роль відіграє освіта в умовах невизначеності.

Invitation to a Film Screening and Discussion: “No Other Choice”

The labor market is becoming less predictable, while technological change is accelerating. Artificial intelligence, automation, and growing competition are reshaping skill requirements and raising new questions for universities. Education can no longer operate by inertia — it is compelled to rethink its role.

The film “No Other Choice,” directed by Park Chan-wook (Oldboy), tells the story of a worker who, after losing his job, attempts to return to his profession while facing fierce competition and a lack of clear rules. In his determined search for new employment, he resorts to unusually harsh decisions.

This story becomes a starting point for a conversation about the role education plays in times of uncertainty.
